We are a company that began in 2017, creating our first dish, the “Torre Imperial.” The impact of our first dish was incredible—on the very first day, we sold an extraordinary 60 Torre Imperials! This is how we started our commitment to preserving the authentic flavors of our Mexican culture while innovating with new dishes and strengthening our bond with all our guests who continue to choose us today, as well as welcoming new visitors from Omaha and other states, providing them with the best service.

In July 2019, our new location, Isla Del Mar, was born at 36th and Q.
Isla Del Mar on 36th offers live music, mariachi performances, specials, and an extensive menu featuring birria, sushi, delicious drinks such as fresh fruit aguas frescas, as well as bar beverages like cantaritos and micheladas, along with exclusive Isla Del Mar dishes.

In March 2023, we opened Isla Del Mar West, thanks to Omaha’s overwhelming support and acceptance. We continue to delight palates, striving to offer high-quality dishes and maintaining a unique standard of hygiene and cleanliness in our facilities.

In 2024, two franchises, La Michoacana Plus and Con Azúcar Café, joined our Isla Del Mar West location, further elevating the appreciation of our Mexican traditions.
